On this day, January 6, 2003 we lost our Shero, #motherofthemovement, Mamie Till Mobley, the mother of Emmett Till. We will #neverforget her grace, dignity, on going fight for justice and courage as she endured 47 years of injustice and a life of giving hope to others.
We remember, thank and honor her life today.

Happy New Year! On behalf of the Emmett Till Legacy Foundation (ETLF)! Thank you for a fantastic 2016! President Obama signs the Emmett Till Unsolved Civil Rights Crimes Reauthorization Act of 2016
